Support structures

Our VICA support structures – made out of aluminium – are Cradle to Cradle certified. The aluminium never requires any painting or coating due to the oxidation process, it fully protects the aluminium. Besides aluminium support structures, we also supply steel support structures with the same foundation possibilities. All of our products comply with the Eurocodes and NBd guidelines.

Support structures

The decision that has to be made to pick a suitable foundation system depends largely on the probe calculation, which is based on a strength calculation. The different foundation possibilities for our VICA and steel support structures are: a concrete foundation, a ground anchor or the intrusion of a ground pipe.

Placement

For the placement of our signs we work in cooperation with experienced and specialized placement services. They work accordingly to our installation instructions guaranteeing safety and quality.

Maintenance and management

It is very important that the state of the signage is optimal at all times. In order to keep a clear overview of the maintenance, we take care of inventories and/or inspections ourselves. The inspections are being carried out by a team of specialists. Afterwards you will receive an advisory report with the results. Because of the short communication lines within AGMI and due to the fact that we produce all of the products ourselves, we can restore/replace the signposts quickly.

National database

Our signage is always being kept up-to-date into the national traffic sign database. By doing so, all static road signs and signage in the Netherlands will be digitally available via one single database for municipalities, provinces, waterschappen and Rijkswaterstaat.
